It’s inspired by the Commission "Reducing mortality, improving outcomes, and establishing equity for women with classical haematological disease”. This Commission highlights the sexism, health disparities, and decades-long exclusion of people of childbearing potential from clinical research that drive unique disease presentations in women. It concludes with ten ambitious recommendations to improve care for women with haematological disease worldwide.
